if so, are there ways to decrease it? Will not drinking monster help my heartrate go back to normal? I’ve drank many monsters already in my lifetime.

i recently watched a video on youtube where a guy pour monster energy drink in to milk and it like rots the milk with in 10 minutes..i just drink a monster and then i ate cereal without thinking..will i be ok?..im pretty sure i will be..but i just want to have another persons opinion

If I crack open a Monster energy drink, or even a Rockstar, and start drinking it, I get physically happy.

I understand that caffeine and other parts of the energy blend give me energy and focus but which ingredient leaves me feeling happy and in a great mood?

My guess is Taurine but I’ve found no supporting evidence to suggest that Taurine has this effect. Anyone?

I have been drinking lo carb monster drinks every day about 2 cans per day… but now I am suddenly losing all my appetite and get full so easily, I also have some headaches and my heart hurts sometimes… is monster causing this? It started right after I started to drink them over a month ago.

today i do have a 3hour lesson and i want to drink a monster energy drink so as to keep me awake.iam a little afraid of drinkin of it because i remember tha the last summer i was drinkin one carb every day and i was feeling some pains in my heart periodically.iam 15 years old.i havent drinked one for two months is it safe to drink now?

I’m about to go on the treadmil for an hour and burn 500 calories. I love Monsters and I only have them after I work out so I can have them almost guilt free. (I’m not looking to gain any weight, just remain at my same weight.) Is 500 calories good enough to consume one monster guilt free?

Don’t judge me.

I drank and iced coffee around 11:30AM
& Now i’m drinking a Monster Energy Drink and it’s 4:00PM.
How long do you think the caffeine will last?

My body is use to Caffeine, I get starbucks almost every day. And Energy drinks maybe once every two weeks.

I weigh 190 lbs, i’m 16 years old, & i’m 6′0.

Any idea how long the caffeine and energy will last?
