I wasn’t quite in details now i m working on sports baseball football basketball and wrestling and was wondering if protein shake and diet pills be safe but he protein shake protien powder does it make a diffrence?

I really want to try the protein shake diet out but I’m kind of clueless on how to do it. First of all, what kind of protein do I buy? How do I make it? Is it like the powder kind and you just pour it in milk or do you have to blend it or what.

During my diet I’ll probably be lacking in a lot of protein, but my protein shakes are extremely fattening with a high calorie content (about 400-500 cal), and a lot of the protein I miss I can make up for with exercise and supplements.

Hi I am just starting the body trim diet (protein only days) and I am curious to know if there is a good weight loss shake I can take when I am unable to get the food while out?

I am 185 and need to lose 25 pounds in 5 weeks! I wanna do a protein shake diet and see how that goes ( just drink shakes for breakfast lunch and dinner). I wont drink one after 7, and exercise in the morning, afternoon, and evening. If there is another health way to do this can you help me? I really need to lose the weight.

Can i have a tuna sandich (toast, tuna with a bit of mayo mixed, lettuce, sprinkle of salt) while drinking banana proteing shake mixed with milk?
- I have never understood the myth or actual science behind drinking milk and eating fish. Is it bad, not recomended, does it depend on which type of fish?
- I’m on a diet trying to bulk up and tuna is one really good source of fish so im just wondering.

Is this alright? I am trying to change up my diet a bit and stop eating random food everyday. I was thinking of doing protein shake with milk and a multivitamin in the morning. Couple of fruits in afternoon and evening. And a decent healthy meal at night. Is this okay?

I dont care if this is unhealthy because thru trial and error the only way to lose alot of weight is unhealthy.
So, if i drink 3 protein shakes a day for 1 week and every morning take multi vitamins how much weight will i lose if i do it for 1 week.
I will be using eas whey protein power chocolate: 1shake = 2 scoops 1shake = 46 grams of protein 3 times a day and in the morning take gnc mega mens sport multi vitamins. Im around 6foot4 and 275 pounds. Does anyone know how much i will lose if i do this? i bike about 20 miles a day.

Not much more info I can give. I don’t get a lot of protein in my diet (not that I don’t get any) and I’m starting to hit the gym a lot and it would be pointless doing all this work and feeling sore for no rewards. So any info you can give helps. Thanks all!

I am really trying to lose 10lbs, and I want to try a high protein, low carb diet next week. I do not eat meat but i eat fish. I am lookin to replace 2 meals with protein shakes, then one regualr meal and 2 snacks. Some shakes have 60gs of protein, others 20.. Is 2 x 60gs too much? Can too much protein make u gaine weight? I am also working out. Thank you for any advice. I am female, 5′2 & 125lbs

Is it alright if I workout and don’t drink any protein shakes post-workout? I have a very strict and healthy diet already that includes protein (meat, eggs, etc), so is it alright if I skip the protein shake? How much of a difference would it make to my results if I don’t have the protein shake?

I’m looking for a diet/protein shake I can drink for lunch. I had been drinking Special K’s chocolate shakes, but they’ve got so much sugar in them that I’m no longer certain they’re that healthy! Does anyone have some recommendations? I gained a bit of weight while abroad and want to lose it as well as get more in shape.

Hi, I am in a bind to where I need to lose weight and gain some muscle within 2 weeks. I hate crash dieting but I want to do it this time. Anyway, I was thinking of adding in protein shakes to my cabbage soup diet (with fish oils and multi-vitamins) but I wanted to know with some excercise could I gain muscle and drop all that weight?
