Can you lose weight too fast?

Other than the risk of putting the weight back on as soon as you come off a diet, are there any health risk with losing weight too fast? for the last 30 days i have been taking ECA stacks (Ephedrine, caffeine & Asprin) and my calorie intake has been very low (around 700 calories a day) and i have lost 16Ibs, i really want to lose another 14Ibs are there any health risks associated if i continued with my diet? i know my body is in survival mode about now so i am very gradually going to increase my calorie intake when I come off the diet.

Please don’t tell me how back Ephedrine is i already know!

    If you continue this even for another day, your body will shut down slowly organ by organ, and you’ll end up in the hospital having a surgery you shouldn’t need or want.
