The truth? No, it doesn’t work. Don’t you think if there was some miracle pill you could take to lose weight….EVERYONE would know about it. It would be all over the news and people would be talking about it non-stop. There is no such pill for weight loss. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, minerals…nothing that will help you lose weight. Diet and exercise are it. There is a prescription drug called Xenical. I don’t recommend it because of the horrible side effects:
oily spotting;
oily or fatty stools;
orange or brown colored oil in your stool;
gas with discharge, an oily discharge;
an urgent need to go to the bathroom;
an inability to control bowel movements, or;
an increased number of bowel movements.
The truth is that most of these so called silver bullet theories of just taking a pill to lose weight are a bunch of hype ands don’t really work at all.

i’ve used the hoodia chaser which is pretty good, but also heard good reviews about hoodia -G- plus but never tried it.
