I mean if you take one pill, how long does it stay in your body until it wears off and you need to take another one?

I have used Lipo 6 before and found that generally it wears off after 4 hours (you can feel your metabolism speed up while you are on it – more energy).

However, you should also check out Zenalean Pro, my personal trainer recommended it to me as better than Lipo 6 (I have always heard that Lipo 6 is the best) and it worked really well for me.
