How can you get enough protein in your diet as a vegetarian?

I work out a lot. Well, like 5 days a week. I want to go vegetarian, bt I’m concerned about getting enough protein for lean muscle growth. If I just stick to egg whites and lean dairy proteins, will I be okay? I guess I could do protein shakes as well, but I’m trying not to go that route, as some of them are full of calories and it’s not really good for weight loss. I want to lose 10 pounds to boot.     i am a veggie as well and i eat peanut butter and beans which are full of protein that your body needs! dont go the shake route it is bad for you and has fattening things in it!
